NeuroCamp is a summer school for high school students, organized by students and early researchers at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University and its associated Graduate School of Systemic Neurosciences. We want to kindle students' interest about the fascinating field of Neuroscience and promote science in general.
This year I have been invited to teach an afternoon on Sensory Neuroscience. I have to say, I have never before had an audience ask sooo many questions! The students were very enthusiastic and curious, it was an immense pleasure to teach them! The experience was rounded off by a tour of the bat lab, including a personal introduction to our bats, which I think even outdid the lectures ;)
